Iron and Wine - George covers on Suicide Squeeze

Just got an email about this Iron & Wine single coming out on Suicide Squeeze, two covers from Sam Beam, “One More Try” from George Michael and “Trouble” from Lowell George’s Little Feat. It's great the bigger labels are coming back with single series and/or subscriptions, I'm psyched about the Matador one a lot, The Men is coming up next, and that split with LA Guns and Malkmus is ridiculous. Suicide Squeeze has been over here keeping up the single tradition, which goes all the way back to the Pedro the Lion xmas singles...this year they've got a dirty beaches, this will destroy you...great picks, and all in one place, have to order these sometime. I think I have to be in a particular mood to want to hear I&W anymore, the last few haven't been to my taste, but you can't ignore a good cover. Is it going to be like that postal service cover? Go figure it out. You gotta have faith.

Limited to 750 copies! Iron & Wine covers George Michael and Lowell George's Little Feat on the limited edition Two Sides of George 7". The single will be available as part of Suicide Squeeze's single series and will be limited to 750 copies worldwide (250 opaque yellow, 250 opaque red, 250 black vinyl). The 2012 series boasts an impressive array of talent that also includes the likes of King Tuff, White Woods, Nobunny, Wax Idols, Cloud Nothings, and Julianna Barwick.

Includes a coupon for a free digital download of the single in MP3 format.
