Tunng covers bloc party 'pioneers' 7 inch.

Ok this is only available at record stores and not through the web in any way. This band sounds like they are gaining momentum, and covers are great for 7 inches. Every band has a cover in their lineup somewhere. I think at this point postal service covered iron and wine to most people. That's fine. So here'sthe original 'pioneers' track bloc party covered.

"Format: 7" single
Edition: 750 etched one-sided 7" vinyl
’He was tough and romantic as the city he loved. Beneath his black-rimmed glasses was the coiled sexual power of a jungle cat. I love this. Liverpool was his town and Tunng was his band, and they always would be…’
January 23rd release. This is now completely sold out but don’t panic, it has a street date of 30th January and all serious mail order and shops will have copies.
A one sided etched seven inch vinyl record in an edition of 750.
The Pioneers is Tunng’s unique take on the Bloc Party track. This is a much requested release. Heck what a year 2005 was for Tunng. From the January release of their debut album it’s been a constant spurt of life affirming glue."

  2. I'm going to have to look that up, it's weird how I've been coming across the best stuff through 7 inches. I guess that's how it used to be. I can't get enough of film school, or blood on the wall.
