Okay, stop your bidding, the raconteurs are releasing that impossible to get 7 inch, and the new one and a CD single for just 3£. Even with shipping this is a serious deal...what the hell, give the CD to your friend. At current exchange rates, this is only $5.40. Plus shipping...ok it's a lot, but still cheaper than what it's been selling for on ebay.
