I can see the shoegaze categorization, it reminds me of the spinnanes, that hyptnotic repetition, combined with liz phair (?) I don't know, it's sad and nice, a little like the softies for the 21st century, there's a lot of keyboards and the songs build into a nice loudish payoff. This could go somewhere. It could end up in a good place in the end.
